In the process of your application for employment at NeoSOFT Technologies, you agree to share your personal data such as your name, address, identification number, telephone number, prior employment details, education, and training details. The provided details may be authenticated using the references you provide. If your application proceeds to hiring, you may be required to provide additional information to NeoSOFT Technologies, such as your date of birth and information about family members (if required for adding to NeoSOFT family benefit plans). This information about you is collectively referred to as your “personal data.”

NeoSOFT Technologies is headquartered in Mumbai, India and has offices and branches globally which are connected via an information network. In addition, NeoSOFT Technologies may utilize third party service providers around the world to collect, transmit, process, and store personal data. In case of Withholding Consent
Because of the vital importance of collecting, transmitting, processing and storing your personal data as described, it is not possible for NeoSOFT Technologies to employ you if you do not consent to such collection, transmission, processing and storing of your personal data.

By using NeoSOFT Career Portal, you consent and authorize NeoSOFT Technologies and any other third parties authorized by NeoSOFT Technologies to collect, transmit, process and store, domestically and internationally, your personal and sensitive personal data.
